The engagement

Monthly creative subscription per the published tiers. Pause or cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid month. Creative only: media buying stays with your team.

The guarantee

If our first batch doesn’t beat your control ads in 30 days of fair testing, month two is free. Fair testing (spend, spec, duration) is defined in your proposal. The free month is the sole remedy.

Ownership

Deliverables are yours on payment, source files included. We keep the right to show the work as portfolio unless you ask us not to.

AI disclosure

Production uses AI generation tools directed and reviewed by humans. You approve claims; responsibility for regulated or substantiated claims in your ads rests with your brand, and we flag anything we think you can’t say.

Free batch

Free-batch ads are yours to use, no strings. We may feature the rebuild publicly as a teardown only with your OK.
